You can download it in seconds and you are instantly equipped with all the information you could need for the day, easily accessible on your phone.

Not only is the app a must-have for conference attendees, it's absolutely indispensable for event hosts. I'm always having to make changes to event schedule at the last minute because a speaker will cancel or an event will have to be moved to a different time. In the past, this meant I was stuck with tons of inaccurately printed event guides that were confusing to attendees and a nightmare for our staff to have to explain. With The Conventionist, this problem is solved. I can make a last minute schedule change and it is updated on The Conventionist automatically -- something that was never possible before when we had to print out all our schedules. I can't imagine going back to using physical guides now!

Best of all, it's incredibly easy to download. Within a few minutes of sending out the e-mail, hundreds of attendees had downloaded the app. Every attendee raved about using it! I'm definitely going to use it for future conferences -- it would be a waste of time not to."
